Most times when we dream not realize that actually you’re involved in the action is not the reality. But according to a study, there are people who realize that everything that happens is just a dream and some may even influence the chance. The ability to change the action of your dreams could help people suffering from nightmares, but this ability does not hold everyone, the need for “training”.

One thing that can help is to tell you, every time before bed, as if you wished the same dream again, you try to figure out it’s just a dream and you direct the action in a different direction.
